Artessence - Artist in Residence Exhibition

The Evolving Exhibition

Between 20th September and 10th October, Artessence Gallery Pambula will host Artists in Residence Holly Norris and Stephen Yates from Dorset in the UK. Over this period, inspired by the Sapphire Coast, Holly and Stephen will be sketching, painting, sewing and making ceramics that progressively add to the works on display at the gallery.

Over the same period they have also invited local artists to join them in three Plein Air days, where the participants interpret the beauty of Pambula, Merimbula and Tathra in the traditional open air style. Drawings, paintings and photographs from this community art aspect of the Evolving Exhibition will be mounted and added to Holly and Stephen's own works thanks to the support of the Bega Valley Regional Gallery.

The exhibition can be seen at Artessence Gallery at 47 Toalla Street Pambula until the end of October.
